3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and arrange the free video call, including contacting you if you don't complete the booking: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We don't use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it to third parties.
4. How long we keep your data

5. Who we share data with
Your data is processed by us and our team, and by providers acting as processors or as independent controllers for their own services:

6. Transfers outside the European Union
We are based in the United Kingdom, which benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision (renewed in December 2025), so data can flow from the EU to the UK without additional safeguards. Some providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. In those cases transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for providers certified under it, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to infoecomfreedom@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.
8. Required information
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are needed to answer your request: without them we can't arrange the video call. All other fields are optional.
9. Minors
This website and our services are intended only for adults aged 18 or over.
